Serengeti in migration season
We travelled at the end of July and watched a crossing at Kogatende. Emmanuel planned the days down to the pickup times, and we were never left waiting anywhere. The tented camp was simple but spotless, and the food was better than we expected on safari.
Kilimanjaro via the Machame route
Summited Uhuru Peak on day six. Our guide checked our oxygen twice daily and made us take an extra rest day when my wife needed it — I am convinced that is why we made it to the top. Straight answers before the trip and no surprises on the final bill.
Ngorongoro and Tarangire, two perfect days
Our driver knew exactly where to be at sunrise. Elephants in Tarangire, a black rhino in the crater, and a lunch stop I still think about. Long days in the vehicle but never rushed.
Good trip with a couple of small hiccups
Overall a very good six days. The guiding and parks were excellent. One pickup was twenty minutes late and the first hotel was not what we expected from the description, but to their credit they moved us the next morning without argument. Would book again.
Safari then Zanzibar — the right split
Five days on safari followed by six days on the coast, all arranged by one team. The connection in Dar went smoothly and nobody made us feel like just another booking. Thank you for the quiet corners of Stone Town you told us about.
